One of the things we know all of our clients are trying to get their arms around is how they should be measuring PR in today’s new media landscape and new influence model.

We recently talked to Friend of Eastwick, Katie Delahaye Paine, the expert in PR measurement. You probably know her best by the company she founded years ago called Delahaye Group.
