You know when you go around the table and everyone says what they’re thankful? Well, we did the office equivalent and the resounding answer?

CLIENTS! And not just because they pay our bills.

We have some great clients. They’re smart, passionate people we enjoy working with every day.

And you know what? Our clients are doing the same thing we are. That is, being grateful for each and every customer they have.

They’re showing it in some different ways - making personal calls, sending notes, finding opportunities to connect in meaningful ways.

Our client  Fujitsu has an “economic stimulus” package for customers including the classic no money down for 90 days and rebate options, while client ShoreTel offers an innovative leasing program called FlexGuard that protects customers against technology obsolescence.

Bread and butter stuff, for sure, but I think that’s what people appreciate these days. There’s no substitute for good, old fashioned customer service.
